Where Human Potential Meets Business Strategy
AdventHR is a human resource-based strategy competition focused on HR and the current requirements of the industry. It explores the effects of externalities on human resources and ways to manage HR effectively in a challenging environment.
Behind every business decision, there are people. HR has moved beyond paperwork and hiring into a force where empathy fuels innovation and talent drives transformation. After four successful seasons, Season 05 invites aspiring HR professionals, business enthusiasts and future leaders to step beyond theory and turn complex people challenges into meaningful possibilities.

Acumen
27–30 October 2026A strategic pitch submission round. Teams develop and submit pitch decks evaluated against predefined criteria.
Acceleration
7 November 2026The top 24 teams advance to the Semi-Final, with online video submissions and offline presentations.
Boot Camp
10 November 2026The top 6 teams learn through real-life workshops and solidify their cases for the final round.
Apex
14 November 2026Finalists compete at a prestigious venue, showing strategic thinking, adaptability and problem-solving under pressure.

How many members can a team have?
Each team must have 2 to 3 members.
What is the registration fee and how do I pay?
The fee is 570 BDT. Complete the registration form, then pay by bKash or Nagad using send money, as listed in the Registration section.
What is the prize pool?
The prize pool will be announced soon.
When are the submission dates?
Submission dates for Round 1 and Round 2 will be announced soon. Round 1 runs 27–30 October and Round 2 is on 7 November.
